Lechmotoren GmbH

­Roughly half of the 170 employees at Lechmotoren GmbH are employed in production. They design and manufacture high quality special electrical power units for use in transportatioin, airport and military technology as well as special electrical machines.

It is remarkable that nothing is mass-produced at Lechmotoren GmbH, nor any conveyor belt work done, but solely individual pieces or, at the most, limited-lot productions. Here individual solutions are designed for specific customer problems, which cannot be solved with standard products.

This is only possible with the help of the best, mostly in-house, trained technical specialists of Lechmotoren. Each and every employee is kept up-to-date by regular in-house and external training courses that make them, together with their knowledge and expertise, invaluable to the company.
