HILLOS GmbH

ESW GmbH and the Hilti Shareholder Company located in Schaan in the Principality of Liechtenstein have founded a joint company that now trades under the name of HILLOS GmbH.

HILLOS produces high series quantities, supports the product transition and produces all necessary type specific tools.

HILLOS is to manufacture products for building and related applications exclusively for Hilti, providing Jenoptik with the manufacturing know-how that is needed to support Jenoptik’s OEM business. Research an development (R&D) efforts for new laser engineering applications will be further encouraged under the two companies valid teamwork agreement for research and development.

The joint venture benefits from an established manufacturing infrastructure and extensive know-how in Jena, combining assets, such as the skills of its two proprietors, in the best possible way.
