As of May 3, 2010, JENOPTIK Laserdiode GmbH and the Laser Technology business unit of JENOPTIK Laser, Optik, Systeme GmbH merged their worldwide activities in the areas of diode lasers and solid-state lasers under the umbrella of the Jenoptik Group in the Lasers & Material Processing division in a new company called JENOPTIK Laser GmbH.

In the new JENOPTIK Laser GmbH we will concentrate our strengths and put the focus of our work on the laser sources. We offer the entire value chain of OEM laser sources directly from one partner.
