DKD-DAkkS calibration certificates for roughness measuring devices

HOMMEL-ETAMIC is accredited by the DAkkS for the calibration of devices and entiresurface measurement units. The calibration can be carried out either in ourmeasuring laboratory or directly at your premises.
The issuing of a DKD-DAkkS calibration certificate is included.

Calibration cycle of a stylus measuring device:

• Start-up of the complete device combination at the location
• stylus profiles on optical flat glass: Rz
• stylus profiles each on 6 grooves of the PTB calibrated depth settingstandard: Pt
• 12 stylus profiles on PTB calibrated roughness standards: Ra, Rz, Rmax
• If error < 3 times standard uncertainty: calibration certificate
