Dr. Michael Mertin - Chairman of the Executive Board of JENOPTIK AG
Dr. Michael Mertin has been the Chairman of the Executive Board of JENOPTIK AG since July 1, 2007. He is responsible for the entire operational business as well as for the areas of strategy and innovations, auditing, data protection, communication and marketing, IT, quality and processes and, as Human Resources Director, for personnel. The experienced Zeiss manager joined the Executive Board of JENOPTIK AG as COO in October 2006.

Effective April 1, 2012, Rüdiger Andreas Günther was appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of JENOPTIK AG. He is responsible for the areas of accounting & controlling, treasury, taxes, risk management & compliance, mergers & acquisitions, investor relations and the strategic real estate portfolio.

Dr. Dirk Michael Rothweiler, a member of the Executive Management Board, manages the Optical Systems division in the Lasers & Optical Systems segment of the Jenoptik Group and is thus responsible for optics business worldwide.
