DU200BUS digital gauge head for plain or interrupted outer diameters and it is a great addition to your company.
The DU200BUS digital gauge head can be integrated to the production chain (in-process) and can also be used as system of quality control.

Fast adjustment: No tools required - simply turn the knob.
BUS digital transmission and onboard electronic circuitry.
Single connecting cable using standard connector for all measurement and electrical gauge arms engagement/disengagement signals.

Option of two or more gauge heads in parallel (on the measurement and control electronic units input).
Programmable parameters for optimizing measurement stored in onboard memory.

Gauge arms with a crash-safety feature

Effective in case of shock or collision in all directions.
Prevents damage to the gauge head or arms in case of a tooling crash.
