Gauge head for inner and outer diameters

The TNU91 gauge head is used for applications requiring a very big adjusting range between small and large diameters, and also for non circular grinding parts.

Examples:

- Cam profile grinding "POLYGON".
- Application also possible on internal measurement.

Characteristics:

- For finished (plain) and or interrupted diameters.
- Easy adjustment of diameter by moving the units on the vertical column.
- Standard setting range: Ø5 to Ø90 mm, extensible by special accessories.
- Repeatability: 0.5 µm (in standard)
- Linearity: 0.6 % over ± 800 µm
- Gauge arms engagement/disengagement system (hydraulic or electric): 2.8 mm per gauge arm, at zero
- Standard measuring force: 1.5 N per gauge arm
- Gauge head retraction slide, hydraulic or pneumatic (varied travel)
