Why an online application?
Our online application system simplifies the entire application process for you. And for us it makes possible optimum application management.
We offer you a simple online application form in which you can enter your respective data and upload your supporting application materials. This makes it possible for your profile to be accessed by the relevant human resources and specialist departments anywhere and at all times. This kind of access cannot always be ensured with written application folders or e-mail applications.
With the online application system, you can update your data at any time, manage your applications online and set up a job agent to automatically inform you of new advertised positions. The online application system also allows you to save your profile in an applicant pool which can be accessed regardless of place or time.
What do I need to apply online?
Set yourself around 30 minutes to fill out the online application form completely and upload your supporting application materials.
In the online application form, you will be asked to provide information on the following points:
Each of these points has its own section in the form. Enter your data in the respective sections. Fields marked with an asterisk* or a red exclamation mark are obligatory. You must fill out these fields to move on to the next section. All other information is voluntary.
In the final section of the online application form, you can upload your supporting application materials one by one. Each file may have a maximum size of 4 MB. You can upload the materials in any format. Complete supporting application materials include:
How is the selection procedure structured?
Depending on which option you choose, the application process requires varying steps to be completed.
Applying for a vacant position
Applicant -> job search -> application for a vacant position -> interviews
Speculative application
Applicant -> job search -> speculative application -> applicant pool -> vacant positions -> interviews
How long is my application saved in the system?
Our application system automatically sends out an e-mail every two months asking whether you wish your application to be kept on file. If no response is received within two weeks, a further reminder mail is automatically sent out by the application system. If we have still not received a confirmation after two further weeks, the application is automatically deleted from the system. The following data remain saved after deletion of the application: first name, last name, e-mail, position, history (documentation of application process), e-mails.
Irrespective of this, you can of course delete your application from our system at any time yourself.
