Strategy

In order to achieve a goal, the goal itself must be identified precisely, as must the path to achieving it.

We have a number of plans for the future. As a market-oriented, international high-tech company, we focus on value-driven growth and are aiming for medium-term sales of €1 billion. We want to grow organically and with smaller acquisitions by 10 percent every year.

We will primarily achieve this by tapping into new markets, introducing successful innovations and maintaining active portfolio management. At the same time, an increased focus on markets and customers through the expansion of sales and marketing activity as well as the selective expansion of our international presence are major milestones on the road to meeting this target.

However, all this will only succeed in cooperation with our highly-qualified employees. Supporting and developing them is therefore a cornerstone of our strategy.
