Binary optics
Microoptical systems produced using a combination of microelectronics and precision optics technology. Numerous optical elements such as microgratings or microlenses can be integrated into binary optics components. The semiconductor industry uses binary optics components to help monitor and optimize the optical properties of imaging systems during the production process.
Book-to-bill ratio
