Hybrid optical components

The combination of spherical, aspherical or plane refracting surfaces with diffractive structures is ideal for the production of compact optical superstructures for broadband applications. The reduction of components and materials and the introduction of simpler assembly techniques results in lower costs compared to conventional systems. Hybrid components are also produced from typical IR optical materials.
