Our customers are successful players in highly dynamic markets.
We contribute to their success with short production phases and close cooperation at development stage.
Microoptics enable the development of diverse functions with low light loss. These include the homogenization of light over a specific area, laser beam conversion into customer-specific intensity profiles (e.g. top hats with steeper edges than the original beam), the creation of linear or spot patterns with a high degree of uniformity from an input beam, beam splitting at specified levels of intensity and angles between the output beams, the production of flexible, lateral transmission characteristics and the polarization of light.
The use of materials from quartz to plastics, such as CaF2 or ZnS, covers a wide range of wavelengths from DUV to IR, and provides the basis for wide-ranging applications.
Our capability to produce the smallest diffractive nanometer structures and the deployment of flexible, high-precision design for microlenses and microlens arrays is highly valued.
Our customers install our microoptics in semiconductor inspection systems, laser material processing systems for the production of solar cells and metals, in displays and projectors, metrology applications, modern lighting applications, infrared technology and systems for eye and skin laser treatment. As an expert partner, Jenoptik Microoptics provides optimal high-quality solutions for OEM partners and system integrators.
