Jenoptik’s subsidiary ESW receives Boeing Performance Excellence Award for the third time in a row.

21.05.2013 (Wedel) ESW GmbH, which is a part of the Jenoptik Defense & Civil Systems division, received a 2012 Boeing Performance Excellence Award for the third time. The award is issued annually by Boeing to recognize suppliers who have achieved superior performance.

Jenoptik supports the TMBLV “Smiling saves lives” initiative to improve road safety.

16.05.2013 (Jena/Monheim) On May 16, 2013, Christian Carius, Minister for Building, Regional Development and Transport of the Free State of Thuringia, launched the state-wide campaign to improve road safety in local communities by using a speed display. Jenoptik CEO Dr. Michael Mertin symbolically handed over the first display to the minister.

Jenoptik Boards propose to increase the dividend to 0.18 euros per share to the Annual General Meeting.

25.03.2013 (Jena) The Supervisory Board and Executive Board of JENOPTIK AG, Jena, will be proposing to the Annual General Meeting on June 4, 2013 the payment of a dividend of 0.18 euros per share out of the net profit of JENOPTIK AG and to carry forward the remaining amount.
