Optical Precision Injection Molding

­­Precision injection molding processes are designed to reproduce components below contemporary quality and tolerance level. (DIN 16901: Dimension tolerances; DIN ISO 10110: Optics tolerances).

For producing optical components we are equipped with hydraulic and electric injection molding machines with clamp forces from 5 – 3250 kN.
These machines' control systems are modified to adapt to our custom processes for optical fabrication, particularly for processes with small filling speeds and long reproduction and cooling periods.
