Photodiodes

Photodiodes are semiconductor diodes, which convert visible light and IR or UV radiation into electricity with the help of an internal photo effect.

We produce photodiodes based on SiC and A3B5 semiconductors. They are selective in the spectral range from 150 nm to 2600 nm.
