Service, Support and Training

We support your traffic safety projects!

Our trained sales colleagues provide answers for all your traffic safety needs. Our team provides on-site project planning support & advice and is available at any time to fulfill necessary technical services. All repairs and services are carried out swiftly and competently by our own experienced service department in Monheim, our service branches in Germany or by the authorized contract workshops of our foreign representatives.

In order to be able to ensure problem-free use of our traffic safety systems we offer operators and their employees a diverse range of training opportunities. We specifically prepare the operators for the use of our traffic enforcement systems; as our systems may only be operated by trained personnel.

We organize various training measures either at the customer’s location or at our offices in Monheim am Rhein. They are available to employees of the police, municipal agencies or private service providers.
