The TraffiDisplay 280 speed display system determines the speeds of approaching vehicles using a radar sensor and displays them on a large LED display.

The TraffiDisplay 280 uses 480 high-performance LED’s with automatic brightness control to ensure that speeds are displayed in the highest quality. The display clearly shows recorded speeds in both daylight and in the dark – in cases of extreme brightness during the day and without being blinding at night. The speed display is clearly visible, even from a distance, and can be combined with advertising space if required.
The extensive data storage capacity of the system can accommodate up to 270,000 data sets; each vehicle is stored together with its speed as well as the date and time. The data is easily accessible at any time via cable or modem.
The reliable data protection of the TraffiDisplay 280 allows the data to be assessed on a computer at a later time. We can provide TraffiView software for the analysis of traffic flows.
TraffiDisplay 280 can be flexibly deployed in various locations – depending on the environment the display can be powered for periods of up to 21 days with up to three 12V batteries. For long-term deployments in fixed locations the TraffiDisplay 280 is powered from an external source (i.e. streetlamp).
