Undergraduate students

University or training? Theoretical knowledge or practical work? Some of you will be asking yourselves this difficult but important question. But must you choose one or the other? No, not necessarily.

The two education paths can be combined by studying at a university of cooperative education. Your studies give you the basic theoretical knowledge, while the training makes possible the practical connection and integrates you in everyday working life from the start. In this way, you can take on responsibility while still training and refine important skills at an early stage.

In association with regional universities of cooperative education, Jenoptik offers technical and commercial BA courses.
To obtain a place at a university of cooperative education, you require the general certificate of aptitude for higher education. We also lay great store by good to excellent grades and knowledge of foreign languages, especially English. You should be able to contribute to teamwork with commitment and motivation as well working independently and on your own initiative. Further important requirements are flexibility, the ability to cope under pressure, and organizational and communication skills.

Are you interested? Then apply to study with Jenoptik at a university of cooperative education. Current study places can be found in our job offers.
