Job search
You can search for current positions by selecting job vacancies in the navigation. Enter a relevant keyword or limit your search with the help of the selection box.

Online application form
Once you have found a suitable position, you can apply for it directly. The “Apply Online” link at the foot of the vacancy description takes you directly to the online application form.

Selection procedure
In order to make a professional selection decision, we carefully check every application.
If your application succeeds in arousing our interest, we will invite you to a personal interview. Here, we want to get to know you better and find out more about your motives, skills and targets. The personal interview may be followed by further selection tools such as telephone interviews or an assessment center. After we have acquired a comprehensive picture of the applicants in this way, we select a candidate.

If your profile does not match the requirements of the position, you have the option of saving your application in Jenoptik’s applicant pool. More information on this can be found under speculative application in the navigation.
