Electrical Components

The electrical components of the Defens & Civil Systems division are operated for 28V on-board power supply.

They encompass among others brake resistors and ­blowers and ventilators­. These components are perfectly fit for operation in military land vehicles due to their high performance and ruggedness.­

Brake Resistors for Military Vehicles

­­The function of the brake resistors is to convert excessive power of a high voltage intermediate circuit into heat in order to protect the intermediate circuit and the connected consumers respectively.

The brake resistors of the Defense & Civile Systems divisions are liquid cooled and comply with the high demands for military vehicles.
