Con-rod

Relevant for measurements on the con rod are the diameter and the form and position tolerances of the con rod eyes and the distance between the con rod eyes. Narrower tolerances provide a more accurate fit of the bearings. Special geometries such as the trumpet shape optimise the bearing capacity between the con rod and the connecting bolts. Our production-integrated measuring machines can classify the con rods according to the criteria of weight, diameter and con rod eye distance with applied creation of pairs on request.
