High-precision measurement of form, position and dimensions with repetitive accuracy of up to 0.3 µm.
The shaftscan combines precision with speed. A 4-cylinder crank shaft with 43 radial measurements can be completely measured in approx. 8 minutes.

The high-precision measurements are ensured by a non-friction, air-bearing measuring slide, which does not generate any reverse spans and does not require costly, high-maintenance compensation.
Measuring accuracies corresponding to those of this device class are targeted in combination with a high-precision headstock bearing with approx. 0.2 - 0.3 µm roundness deviation.


The robust and low-maintenance measuring systems are resistant to changes in temperature, humidity and air pressure, which makes them ideal for use in production.
The new application software makes it easier and faster than ever to create measuring programs.
The measuring positions can be programmed in any sequence. This results in short trace widths and short measurement times.
Intelligent solutions minimize wear costs: The measuring blade can be rotated, and can be inspected by the user for wear.
