Pneumatic fixture

Complete bench with 2 air spindles and masters with table and CMZ200. The air spindles manually measure the camshaftline in cylinder head. The table is fixed on the conveyor line in the plant.

The measure is taken by 1 special air spindles with 6 diameters and 1 air spindle with 5 diameters. The 11 transducers TPE99 are on the back of bench. The air spindle are manually introduced in the workpiece.The measuring CMZ200 displays all measurements (diameters). The CMZ200 is connected to the customer's network.
