Measuring distance and speed without a reflector
The LDM302.200 is an optoelectronic Laser Distance Meter with RS-422 interface and 100 Hz measuring rate for industrial applications.

The LDM302 laser distance meter measures distance and speed to or from moving objects in non-contact fashion - and also without a reflector. The laser pulse’s time-of-flight measurement principle is particularly suitable where long distances have to be measured or for operation in harsh industrial environments.
The LDM302 laser sensor is optimized for measurements in the close-up and far range up to several hundred meters onto natural surfaces of low reflectivity, for example rusty steel, hulls or containers.
Of compact design shape, simple setup and configured with standard interfacing facilities, the LDM302 can easily be installed and commissioned.
Standard LDM302 delivery includes heating, a status display and a sighting device. A modular setup allows for easy complementation with accessories or special models for particular applications.
