Repair

Hommel-Etamic America Corporation also a complete repair capability located in our North American facility. Our repair technicians evaluate incoming repairs for functionality, then communicate the results to the customer. Once repairs are approved, our technicians expedite the repair process using state-of-the-art equipment and a complete on-site inventory of spare parts to help minimize turnaround times.

Metrology

As part of our effort to assure our equipment is the best in class, we have invested in a high-level metrology lab, providing us the ability to measure and manufacture to the exacting tolerances toward which industry standards are moving.
Metrology Services, with its metrology lab and Leitz CMM provides high-level dimensional inspection and third-party certification to help customers meet QS9000 quality standard requirements, and to assure the capability of gages and measuring instruments they employ.
We are also an accredited calibration laboratory for roughness and profile depth parameters. Customers worldwide rely on HEA support, consultation, and training to assure their production quality.
