Video art in the city center
In Jena, Julian Loscher shows the "Particle Animals" animation series in large format in the public space at the Ernst Abbe high-rise. The art projection is Jenoptik's first art exhibition in the new digital format. In doing so, Jenoptik is combining its long-standing commitment to art with modern digital forms of presentation, in keeping with the motto "More Light". Since last year, the permanently installed video mapping system has been in operation, with which large-format images can be projected onto the Ernst Abbe high-rise. The exhibition series, which has enriched Jena's art and cultural life since 1994, is thus being continued digitally.
For the realization we thank the artist but also our partners who accompany and support the further development of our art engagement: JenaKultur, Huber & Treff gallery for the curation of our exhibitions and Laser Event Company for the support of the video mapping system.
