CFO Rüdiger Andreas Günther will not extend his contract beyond March 2015

Rüdiger Andreas Günther, Chief Financial Officer of JENOPTIK AG, will not be seeking another term on the Executive Board after the expiry of his contract at the end of March 2015. The JENOPTIK AG Supervisory Board has noted his decision with great regret. Rüdiger Andreas Günther will continue to comply with his contractual obligations in full until the expiry of his contract. A successor is due to be appointed as soon as possible.

The company’s financial basis, for example, has improved sustainably,” says Rudolf Humer, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, praising the work of Rüdiger Andreas Günther. “We owe Mr. Günther our financial flexibility as the basis for implementing our growth strategy.”

Rüdiger Andreas Günther (55) has been a member of the JENOPTIK AG Executive Board since April 1, 2012. He is responsible for the areas of accounting and controlling, treasury, taxes, risk management and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations and strategic management of the real estate portfolio. In addition, he is responsible for Jenoptik’s major ERP project.
