The nanosecond pulsed fiber laser JenLas® fiber ns 20 – 70 makes additional laser material processing applications possible: The nanolaser is suitable for labeling, marking, cutting and drilling materials. For example, the JenLas® fiber ns 20 – 70 can be used to remove extremely thin layers with precision or to drill silicon.
The nanolaser is based on our reliable fiber laser technology. It is air-cooled, can be set to a pulse duration of 3 to 500 nanoseconds and, depending on the version, reaches peak pulse powers of up to 20 kilowatts.
We offer the standard model of the JenLas® fiber ns nanosecond laser in power classes of 20, 50 and 70 watts. Besides various power levels, these lasers also offer additional control options. The lasers can be used for cw operation and the pulse lengths can be changed by various modes. The nanosecond lasers reach pulse repetition rates of up to 1 megahertz.
Alternatively, we offer our customers a basic model. This model can be modulated in the power class of 20 watts within a range of 1 to 200 kilohertz. With these nanosecond lasers, the number of adjustable modes, and thus also the pulse length, are limited to the essentials. This also applies to the scope of the hardware control.
