JENOPTIK Medical offers its OEM customers a repair service including inspection and cleaning after delivery of the products, as well as the scheduled delivery of spare parts and semi consumables, so that our OEM customers can offer their end users a high quality product package that meets market requirements in every respect and ensures a long service life.

Approval-specific Requirements

In medical technology, product-related documentation obligations with regard to MDR conformity, CAPA processes, validation and qualification, post-market surveillance, etc. are unavoidable. In coordination with its customers, JENOPTIK Medical compiles a comprehensive range of services and covers part of the approval-specific requirements in the development and production process as needed. Due to our many years of expertise in development, production and sales, we are happy to support our customers during audits with the Notified Body with regard to the products we develop and produce.
