Jenoptik delivers precision polymer based optical components and assemblies through our fully customized automated manufacturing systems which have allowed us to deliver +10 million optical systems per year of a single solution.

Our manufacturing processes are FDA compliant and our manufacturing facilities are DIN ISO 13485 and TS 16949 certified.

Our ISO9001/ TS 16949 certification meets all quality system standards for the automotive industry ensuring alignment of the business structures that utilize the “project management system” approach.

Design for Manufacturing

Jenoptik supports the project from initial specifications and design, through proof of concept and prototyping, to mass production with multi-cavity injection molding capabilities and opto-electronic assembly and packaging. With in-house technology experts to guide you through the development process including optical design analysis, customized coatings, molding tool design and manufacture, process automation design, and metrology, we offer our customers every opportunity for success.

System Fabrication and System Assembly

Jenoptik offers complete development and fabrication of complex opto-mechanical-electronic systems including product and feasibility studies as well as process development and quality management.

In system fabrication, we offer mechanical joining and bonding technologies, ultrasonic and laser welding technologies along with hot stamping through fully automated, partly automated, and manual processes.

Depending on product requirements, Jenoptik offers clean room assembly from class 100,000 to class 100.

The design, development, and realization of mechanical fixtures and equipment are carried out in separate phases, from prototypes to complex systems in quantity production.

R&D / Process Development

Jenoptik is actively involved in continuous research, together with research institutes and business partners to further expand our expertise in tooling development of microstructures, micro-optic molding technologies, and assembly technologies for realizing high positioning accuracies.
