How does the return process work?
Use the contact below and send us your request. This should contain the following information: Product / device description, material and serial number, error information or reason for your request. A detailed description of the facts and detailed information of the measurement systems helps us to quickly allocate them and thus shorten processing times. A member of the Service team will then contact you to discuss the return shipment. This can be done in person at our location, by parcel service or courier according to your wishes.
During this process you will receive a return certificate for future reference. This certificate also serves as an accompanying document for your shipment. A further letter or additional information is then no longer required.
Please ensure the equipment is packaged securely to avoid damage during transportation. Please ensure that the delivery includes all specified accessories such as lenses or cables.
As soon as we receive the goods, we will start processing your request and inform you of the next steps.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we ask that you refrain from personal deliveries if possible.
