TraffiStar SR390 3D radar measurement system: Monitor traffic violations exactly and reliably on several lanes

You can monitor the traffic precisely and reliably using the modern and scalable TraffiStar SR390 3D radar measurement system – in up to six lanes.

Jenoptik has taken the development of its traffic monitoring systems further with the TraffiStar SR390: Monitor red light and speed violations with just one device.

Simply use the highly developed system in places where you monitor traffic and want to reduce accident black spots: on motorways, 'A' roads, at crossings or in cities. The road surface remains intact thanks to state-of-the-art technology. The 3D tracking radar sensor is non-invasive and records all traffic movements long before the photo triggering point.

With the use of the xenon flash technology and/or a LED infrared flash, you can monitor the speed in up to six lanes and red light violations in up to four lanes. Another advantage: The TraffiStar SR390 makes a precise distinction between cars and trucks and in doing so, you determine exactly in which lanes they are. You can even assign different speed limits to the individual lanes.

More functions can be added to the system if required. The 3D radar measurement system is perfectly configured to your custom-designed requirements as follows: The modern radar measurement system is optionally equipped with visual traffic light phase detection. If the traffic light changes to green, it measures the speed – and with a red light it automatically changes and records both red light and speed violations
At the same time, the high-developed system reliably records when a vehicle has taken an illegal turn. The TraffiStar SR390 therefore clearly stands out from conventional products.

If required, the TraffiStar SR390 records registration plates thanks to the ANPR function (Automatic Number Plate Recognition). If required, these can be immediately compared with a blacklist (wanted list). The system also takes white lists into consideration. In this way, you can record the registration plates of vehicles in bus lanes. Thereby, action is taken against traffic violations with greater simplicity and efficiency in this way.

Red light and speed violations are recorded by the TraffiStar SR390 in perfectly illuminated and razor sharp pictures – with driver recognition. This ensures that you have pictures that can be used in court as evidence. This can also be provided by permanent video monitoring – 24 hours, seven days a week. This records for several seconds before and after the violation. In this way, you can assign it exactly to the respective incident and use the recordings as secondary evidence.

The TraffiStar SR390 3D radar measurement system is installed in different housings with just a few manual operations – e.g. in the TraffiCompact or the modern TraffiTower 2.0 from Jenoptik. You can also easily change the individual main components of the system such as the photo and flash unit and use them in different measuring stations. This means that you remain flexible with your traffic monitoring and save money.
