Dr. Dominic Dorfner assumes office as CEO of JENOPTIK AG
The Supervisory Board approves reorganization of Executive Board responsibilities and creates new CTO/COO role.
Dr. Dominic Dorfner assumed his position as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of JENOPTIK AG on August 1, 2026. He leads the photonics group together with Dr. Prisca Havranek-Kosicek and Dr. Ralf Kuschnereit. The Supervisory Board had unanimously appointed Dorfner at the end of March 2026 for a three-year term.
Within the Executive Board, Dr. Ralf Kuschnereit has assumed the newly created role of Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operating Officer (CTO/COO) effective August 1. In this role, he is responsible for functional excellence and the further development of the company’s technology base. As CEO, Dr. Dominic Dorfner will oversee strategic and commercial responsibilities. Dr. Prisca Havranek-Kosicek will continue to lead the CFO areas of responsibility.
